Michael Medwin (1923-2020) was an English actor and film producer whose career ran from his stage debut in 1940 to his final film role in The Duchess (2008). He trained at the Italia Conti stage school and appeared in more than eighty films. He is best known for The Army Game, Scrooge (1970), Never Say Never Again and Don Satchley in Shoestring. In 1965 he co-founded the production company Memorial Enterprises with Albert Finney, and in 1988 he founded the theatre producers David Pugh Ltd. He was awarded the OBE in 2005 for services to drama.
