About Tara Fitzgerald

Tara Fitzgerald is an English actress whose great-aunt was the acclaimed actress Geraldine Fitzgerald. She rose to prominence in the early 1990s, winning a New York Drama Desk Award for Outstanding Featured Actress for playing Ophelia opposite Ralph Fiennes in Hamlet, and went on to co-star with Ewan McGregor in Brassed Off (1996). Her extensive television credits include more than 30 episodes of Waking the Dead, Game of Thrones, Belgravia, and Lady Hermione Clarke in the 2018 BBC adaptation of The ABC Murders.
